3 Months ago I used the Ear Test software to try to name C,D,E,F,G.
My score was 0%

My score was 70%
C = 80%
D = 33%
E = 75%
F = 67%
G = 100%

My conclusion is that my ear is definitely improving.
First time to do 2 octaves in Pitch Coach on Piano – 10 in a row correct!

Using this software you can pick the octave as well as the instrument and it actually sounds good. Even the violin sound is killer.
