Hi Bill. It's good to hear from you! I tried the Cayenne for a while but then I went back to using Ibuprofen for headaches. The biggest issue I had with the Cayenne is that it really burns my nose. I haven't tried the pills. Maybe I should give them a shot?

I was studying Curcumin a while back and oddly enough they had a story on the news last night where a doctor is using it to treat cancer. Apparently he is having good results.

Curcumin is basically one of the active components in turmeric powder which is used commonly in Indian and Asian cooking. Many believe that its' anti inflammatory properties aid in improving health at the cellular level. It would be interesting to study a group of people that eat a lot of curcumin and see how their cancer rates compare to westerners.

I have been studying the Pure Pitch Course for 8 weeks now. I've scored 100% on each test up to the Minor 6th. For some reason the 6s and 7s are difficult for me. The tests seem to get harder and harder as the course progresses.

Absolutely! I like this acupuncturist. She has 22 years of experience so she's really confident. Her name is Julie and she's in Plano.

Peppermint on the forehead, and drinking LOTS Of water is also a good help with pain. Plus the water is good for the liver and kidneys.
